How long does Oopbuy store items for free?
Oopbuy stores orders free for 90 days from when they reach the warehouse, and one 30-day extension costs 10 CNY.
Are Oopbuy's QC photos free?
Oopbuy's standard QC photos, taken by the warehouse to its inspection guidelines, are free.
How fast does Oopbuy buy an item?
Oopbuy says it buys an item within 3 days of payment, and you can cancel within 5 days of paying.
Can I return an item bought through Oopbuy?
You can ask for a return or exchange within 5 days of an item being stocked in; the seller has the final say. The first one each calendar month has no service fee, after that it is the shipping both ways plus 5 RMB.
How long does Oopbuy shipping take?
Oopbuy puts delivery from its warehouse at about 15 to 30 days, depending on the destination.
What if an Oopbuy parcel is lost or damaged?
A damaged or missing parcel has to be reported to the local post office within 2 days of delivery, keeping the outer box; delays from weather or customs are not compensated.
How can I pay on Oopbuy?
PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB cards; PayPal's fee is 4.5% + $0.30), international cards and Klarna.
