Latest Oopbuy QC photos

Finds with the newest QC photos on record. Open one to see every photo and buy it on Oopbuy.

Quick summary

These are other buyers' photos; Oopbuy sends you pictures of your own item before it ships.
It does not matter which agent took a photo: the listing is the same, so it tells you as much about an Oopbuy order.
One box, any link: agent links are unwrapped to the seller's listing before the search.

Oopbuy QC photos: what you are looking at

Oopbuy links name the marketplace and the item number right in the address (channel=weidian, id=…), so the finder reads one in a single step and goes straight to the photos. Paste one from your Oopbuy cart or from a find you saw on a spreadsheet, and you see every QC photo on record for that seller's listing, whichever agent's warehouse they came from. No app and no extension needed; any phone or desktop browser will do.

Every parcel that lands at an agent's warehouse is photographed before it ships on. Those photos are what you approve on Oopbuy; here you can see the ones other buyers received for the same listing, so the seller's current batch is no surprise.

A listing's QC photos follow the seller, not the agent, so pictures taken at another agent's warehouse tell you exactly as much about an Oopbuy order. On this spreadsheet 1657 finds already have photos on record; they are marked QC on every listing page.

Most finds here are Weidian listings, and the finder reads Taobao and 1688 links the same way: the photos are matched to the seller's listing.

What Oopbuy includes

Oopbuy photographs every item that arrives at its warehouse, including a shot on the scale so you can sanity-check the shipping weight before paying for freight. Extra close-ups can carry a small fee, and storage is free for 90 days. (As of September 2026; Oopbuy's own pages have the current terms.)

Oopbuy's standard QC photos, taken by the warehouse to its inspection guidelines, are free.
Oopbuy stores orders free for 90 days from when they reach the warehouse, and one 30-day extension costs 10 CNY.
Eligible items carry a 5-day return or exchange guarantee from the seller, counted from when they reach the warehouse; the seller has the final say.

From Oopbuy's own pages, September 2026. Oopbuy shipping covers lines, costs and delivery times.

What to look for in QC photos

When not to reject

Creasing from packing, lighting that makes a colour look warm or cool, a bit of lint: a photo exaggerates all of these. If you are unsure, ask for another photo; that is a normal request.

The print or logo

Compare proportions and letter spacing against a photo of the genuine item, not against the seller's listing; listing photos are often lifted from the real product.

Check the box and the extras

Boxes, dust bags, spare laces and tags are part of what you are paying for. If they matter to you, check they are in the photos; sellers leave them out more often than you'd think.

Look at colour in daylight shots

Warehouse lighting runs cool or warm. When a photo was taken near a window, trust that one for colour and use the rest for construction.

Hardware and tags

Zip pulls, buttons, rivets, care labels and the fonts on tags are cheap for a good factory to get right, which is exactly why a rushed one gives itself away there.

Item by item

Item	What to check in the photos
Bags and accessories	Hardware weight and engraving, edge paint, the lining pattern.
Clothing	Print alignment and texture, tag fonts, hem stitching, colour against the listing.
Shoes	Midsole glue lines, toe-box shape, heel-tab stitching, how sharp the insole print is.
Sizing	Ask for a measurement photo if you are between sizes; the letter on the tag means little.

Oopbuy QC finder: questions

Does Oopbuy have QC photos?

Yes. Oopbuy photographs your items when they reach its warehouse in China, and you see those photos in your account before you pay for international shipping. This page shows the photos other buyers already got for the same listing, so you can check an item before you order it.

Why are there no QC photos for my link?

Either nobody has ordered that exact listing yet, or no one's photos have reached a public database. It is not a sign the seller is bad, and it does not affect the photos Oopbuy takes of your own order.

Do QC photos from other agents apply to Oopbuy?

Yes. QC photos belong to the seller's listing, not to the agent that took them, so a photo taken for someone who ordered through a different agent shows what the same seller ships to an Oopbuy buyer.

What is Oopbuy?

Oopbuy is a shopping agent: you give it a link from Taobao, Weidian or 1688, it buys the item from the Chinese seller, photographs it at its warehouse and ships your items abroad together in one parcel.

Which links does this QC finder for Oopbuy accept?

Any product link: an Oopbuy link, another agent's, or the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing itself. Each is looked up as the same seller's listing.

Is the QC finder free?

Yes: no account, no signup, no limit for normal use. The site earns a commission only if you sign up to Oopbuy or order through its links.

What are QC photos?

QC stands for quality check. When an order reaches an agent's warehouse in China, staff photograph the actual item (stitching, tags, soles, hardware, often on a measuring mat) before anything ships internationally. You approve or reject it from those photos.

Why check QC photos here if Oopbuy takes its own?

Yes. Oopbuy takes photos of your own order once it reaches the warehouse. The photos here come earlier: they are what other buyers got from the same listing, before you spend anything.

Is this an Oopbuy QC checker?

It works as one: paste any Oopbuy link, another agent's link or a raw Weidian, Taobao or 1688 link, and you see the photos other buyers got of that listing. Your own item's photos come from Oopbuy after you order.

How do I see QC photos in my Oopbuy account?

Once the seller's parcel arrives at Oopbuy's warehouse, the item's QC photos appear on the order in your Oopbuy account. Look them over before you pay for international shipping; anything wrong can still go back to the seller from China.

How do I find QC photos for an Oopbuy item?

Copy the item's link from Oopbuy (or from any other agent, or straight from Taobao, Weidian or 1688) and paste it into the finder at the top of this page. It unwraps the link to the seller's listing and shows the QC photos other buyers received, grouped by date, newest first.

Can I reject an item after QC?

The time to reject is at the warehouse, before international shipping, while the item is still in China and an exchange or refund with the seller is possible. Check Oopbuy's own return rules for the details.
